Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 27, 2004, Charles & Colvard, Ltd. issued a press release regarding its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2004. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. Management will host a conference call on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 at 9 a.m. EDT to discuss the financial results as well as recent corporate developments.
