In fiscal 2004, services on passenger cars, light trucks and vans for brakes represented an estimated 29% of sales for the Company. Under the Supply Agreement, the Company will purchase a certain minimum amount of these parts during each of five (5) consecutive periods, beginning February 1, 2005 and ending March 31, 2010, as well as over the entire term of the Supply Agreement. The Company intends to file a copy of the Supply Agreement as an Exhibit to its quarterly report filed for the period ending December 25, 2004.
