Hosted by Spectrum Fitness Productions, the Governor's Cup bodybuilding competition is the first Spectrum event of the 2019 season and is expected to bring competitors from around the world to compete in NPC Bikini, Figure, Men's and Women's Physique, Classic Physique, and Men's Bodybuilding competitions.
