On August 6, 2018, Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. (the “Company”) publicly announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018.  A copy of the Company’s news release and a related supplemental slide presentation for the quarter are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.  The information in this Item 2.02 and the attached exhibits shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), nor shall they be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act except as shall be expressly stated by specific reference in such filing.
