filing amends the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by EESTech, Inc. (the
“Company”) on August 8, 2005.
The
Company announced on July 20, 2005 that Gaylord Beeson has been elected to
the
Company’s Board of Directors. The board has not yet determined committee
assignments for the new director.
