On
March
4, 2008, I.D. Systems, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release regarding
results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007 and expected
financial results for the year ending December 31, 2008. A copy of this press
release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
