Remarks:
The common shares of Aircastle Limited described in this report are held by Marubeni Aviation Holding Cooperatief U.A. ("MHC"). Marubeni Aviation Corporation ("MAC") is the majority shareholder of MHC. Marubeni Corporation ("Marubeni") is the sole shareholder of MAC and the ultimate parent company of MHC. In their capacities as ultimate parent company and majority shareholder, respectively, Marubeni and MAC share voting and investment authority over the Aircastle shares held by MHC and may be deemed to beneficially own those shares.
