Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated on November 3, 2004 filed by Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated November 3, 2004, the Company reported that the Board of Directors, following instructions given by the shareholders meeting held on October 22, 2004, resolved to put at the shareholders’ disposal the cash dividend for the amount of $ 3,000,000 as of November 17, 2004 which amounts a total of $ 0.01983007 per share of nominal value V$N1 and $ 0.19830073 per ADR.
