On July 14, 2008, Cardium Therapeutics, Inc. (“Cardium”) and its operating unit InnerCool Therapies, Inc. (“InnerCool”) issued a press release announcing that InnerCool’s new RapidBlue System had obtained CE Mark for commercial sale in Europe and UL certification. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
