On July 28, 2008, Cardium Therapeutics, Inc. (“Cardium”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Paul A. Foster, M.D. as Chief Medical Officer to lead the late-stage clinical development activities at both Cardium and its Tissue Repair Company subsidiary. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
