On May 25, 2011, Wells Timberland REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a definitive Proxy Statement (the “Proxy Statement”) for the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the Company to be held on August 8, 2011 (the “Annual Meeting”).
