SIGNIFICANT EVENT
In relation to the purchase agreement signed on June 2, 2014, between Promotora de Informaciones, S.A. (PRISA) and Telefónica de Contenidos, S.A. for the transfer in favour of this company of 56% of the share capital of DTS Distribuidora de Television Digital, S.A. (DTS), Telefónica announces that the parties have agreed to extend until July 4, 2014, the period for the exercise by Mediaset Spain, S.A. of its pre-emption and tag along rights provided for in the shareholders agreement and bylaws of DTS.
