On October 22, 2015, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the second quarter ended September 26, 2015, as well as estimated third quarter and revised fiscal 2016 comparable store sales growth and diluted earnings per share. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

The Company also announced that, in the second quarter of fiscal 2016, it completed several previously-announced acquisitions, adding 31 store locations in existing markets in New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
