On October 8, 2018, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Deborah Brundage has been appointed Senior Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer and Avi Dasgupta has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. Further details are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
Finally, today the Company announced it has expanded its collaboration with Amazon.com to provide tire installation services at over 330 additional Monro retail tire and automotive service locations in 10 states across the Eastern United States. Further details are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
