Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
( c ) On February 9, 2007, the Company announced that Danny A. Garland, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Federal Savings Bank, one of two major operating subsidiaries of the Company, would retire on February 21, 2007.
Don D. Jennings, Executive Vice President, will serve as interim CEO of the Bank until a permanent successor is appointed. Mr. Jennings currently serves as Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings Bank and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp.
