The Registrant will need  additional time to convert the financial statements in the Report to XBRL.

The Registrant will report a Net Loss for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2012 of  $1,389,566 compared to a Net Loss  of $450,636 for the comparable period ended September 30, 2011.
