On August 11, 2009, SonoSite, Inc. provided an overview of the company’s technology, corporate growth initiatives and financial outlook  for financial analysts and investors at the company’s headquarters in Bothell Washington.  A copy of the press release with the overview is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this current report by reference.
