On October 1, 2014, American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (the "Company") will make a presentation at Mortgage REIT Day in New York, NY. The presentation slides to be used (the "Presentation") are being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
