On April 9, 2019, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a joint press release with BioAlta, LLC announcing that the two companies have entered into a global co-development and collaboration agreement for the development, manufacturing and commercialization of BioAlta’s investigational Conditionally Active Biologic CTLA-4 antibody (BA3071).
