Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 7, 2005, Denny's Corporation issued a press release announcing
same-store sales for its company-owned restaurants during the five-week period
and quarter ended March 30, 2005, compared with the related period in
fiscal year 2004. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
