Item 7.01 — Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 4, 2019, EZCORP issued a press release announcing it will retire at maturity its $195 million 2.125% Cash Convertible Senior Notes Due 2019 using cash on hand. The full text of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
