Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 31, 2010, PCTEL announced that Luis Rugeles, Vice President and General Manager, RF Solutions Group is leaving the Company effective April 14, 2010. The separation of Mr. Rugeles from the Company is amicable and will not adversely affect the business operations. In the interim, Martin H. Singer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will act as general manager.
