Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain
Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 5, 2010, PCTEL announced a reorganization establishing two company-wide functional groups
to implement the company’s mission. Jeff Miller, who led PCTEL’s Antenna Products Group will now
manage the company’s sales, marketing and product management functions. Tony Kobrinetz, who joined
the company earlier this week, will lead technology and operations for the company. The full text
