("Bachoco" or "the Company") (NYSE: IBA, BMV: Bachoco B), Mexico's leading producer and processor of poultry products, today announced that its Board of Directors approved payment of dividends during the Company's annual shareholders meeting on April 25, 2007, in Mexico City, Mexico. The Board set a total cash dividend payment of Ps. 0.5898 per share outstanding and Ps. 7.0776 per ADS (equal to twelve shares). The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record in three equal installments of Ps. 0.1966 per share (equivalent to Ps. 2.3592 per ADS) on the following dates in 2007: May 17, July 12 and October 11.
