(e) On July 9, 2008, the Executive Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors approved, among other items, increases in the base salaries of certain of the Company’s executive officers, including those of Messrs. Long, Cauthen and Brown, effective July 16, 2008. The new salaries of Messrs. Long, Cauthen and Brown are as set forth in Exhibit 10.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
