Effective March 23, 2011, James J. Bennett retired from the Board of Directors of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. |
(“Bio-Rad” or the “Company”), a position he held since 1977. Mr. Bennett served Bio-Rad in several key |
operating positions during his 33-year association with the Company. |
