(b)   On March 18, 2005 G&K Services, Inc. announced the resignation of Jeffrey R. Kiesel, senior vice president, field operations, effective April 17, 2005. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Kiesel’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
