Ardent's new client is within the DHS portfolio, Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) for Information Security, Production Monitoring and Process Support (ISPMPS).
The process management work will standardize and improve PSPD software development and maintenance processes as well as identify and incorporate best practices.
