On July 30, 2012, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. Reports Second Quarter Ended June 30, 2012 Financial and Operating Results” which sets forth the Company’s results of operations and financial condition for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012.
