Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 10, 2005, Imperial Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005 at 8:00 am on Tuesday, November 15, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
