On August 16, 2010, WidePoint Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.  A copy of the Registrant’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
