Item 2.02.    Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On January 26, 2011, UMB Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the quarter and year ending December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01.    Other Events
 
On January 26, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.195 per share to be paid on April 1, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 11, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
