On July 28, 2008, BankFinancial Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 5, 2008 to stockholders of record on August 13, 2008.
A copy of the press release announcing these items is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. The information in the preceding paragraph, as well as Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933.
