Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 12, 2018, HealthStream, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (the "Company"), announced in a press release that the Company has entered into a seven-year agreement with Press Ganey Associates, Inc., an Indiana corporation ("Press Ganey"), pursuant to which Press Ganey’s patient experience, engagement, safety, best practices, and improvement content will be exclusively available on the Company’s platform. A copy of the press release making this announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
