On October 24, 2018, Stericycle, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Brenda R. Frank, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, is resigning from the Company effective November 29, 2018, to pursue another opportunity in New York, where she resides. The Company thanks Ms. Frank for her many contributions and leadership.
