On March 19, 2019, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a new Memorandum of Understanding entered into by Chart Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, and Indian Oil Corporation Limited. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
