(the "Company") announced that it completed the offering, through an underwriting syndicate, of 11,110,000 Class A Subordinate Shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of CDN$11.25 per Share, for gross proceeds of approximately CDN$125,000,000. The Shares sold were not and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act") or applicable state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons or otherwise distributed in the United States, except pursuant to an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
