On August 14, 2014, Voce Capital Management LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Voce") issued a press release ("August 14 Press Release") announcing it had filed its definitive proxy statement for the nomination of three independent directors to the board of directors of CONMED Corporation (the "Company") at the Company's 2014 annual meeting of shareholders.
