On April 24, 2010, Centrue Financial Corporation (the “Company”) received notification of the
resignation of Michael A. Griffith as a director of the Company and Centrue Bank in order to devote
his full attention to his recent appointment as the Chief Executive
Officer of Princeton, NJ based,Laureate Pharma.
