ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
On April 17, 2019, Columbia Sportswear Company entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “Restated Credit Agreement”) with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as the administrative agent for the lenders and as a lender, and Bank of America, N.A., as a lender. The Restated Credit Agreement removes certain financial covenant requirements and extends the maturity date to August 1, 2023.
The Restated Credit Agreement, filed as exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K, is incorporated into this Item 1.01 by reference.
