Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods Open Joint Stock Company [“WBD Foods OJSC” or the “Company”] hereby notifies of resolution adopted by Federal Commission for Securities Market of Russia to consolidate the additional issuances of emissive securities of the Company.
It was resolved that the state registration number 1-02-06005-A as of October 30, 2001, given to the issuance of ordinary registered non-documentary shares of Wimm-Bill-Dann OJSC be annulled.
It was resolved that the aforesaid issuance of shares be given a state registration number 1-01-06005-A.
