SPACEHAB, Incorporated is announcing today that the Company has filed for a formal dismissal with prejudice of all litigation against NASA relating to losses incurred by SPACEHAB as a result of the 2003 Space Shuttle Columbia accident.
A copy of the Company’s press release dated February 21, 2007, announcing this event is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
