Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers;

 

On November 16, 2009, Mr. Alan Bailey, Vice President of Engineering and a long-serving member of the board of directors of Cycle Country Accessories Corp., (the “Company”), resigned from the Company’s board of directors.  Mr. Bailey did not resign his position with the Company as Vice President of Engineering. No disagreement or dispute with management of the Company was noted by Mr. Bailey.
