Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2014, Natures Sunshine Products, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the Companys press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
Quarterly Cash Dividend
On August 6, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had approved the Companys payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on August 29, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 18, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
