Peace Arch^® Entertainment Acquires

Worldwide Distribution Rights to Thriller “Never Forget”

Starring Lou Diamond Phillips

Toronto – October 27, 2006 -- Peace Arch^® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE - News) (TSX:PAE.TO - News) has acquired worldwide distribution rights to the thriller “Never Forget” starring Golden Globe^® Award-nominated Lou Diamond Phillips in the lead role.

Phillips won an Independent Spirit Award and was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for his outstanding performance in the heralded “Stand and Deliver” alongside Edward James Olmos.  Phillips also won a Supporting Actor Blockbuster Award for his work in “Courage Under Fire” opposite Denzel Washington.  He is also well known for his ensemble performance in “Young Guns” along with Emilio Estevez, Charlie Sheen and Kiefer Sutherland.

In “Never Forget,” Phillips portrays a man who awakens with amnesia covered in blood, and discovers he is accused of murder by his supposed friend.  As he gradually recovers his memory, he must piece together the puzzle – and the truth – while his freedom and his life are threatened at every turn.

Directed by Leo Scherman from a script by Kevin Hennelly, “Never Forget” began shooting in October in Canada.  The film is being produced by Patrick Cameron, Harvey Glazer and Robert Wilson.

Many of these titles are being distributed on DVD in the US by Los Angeles-based Genius Entertainment.
