On February 23, 2004, Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Robert C. Hult as its chief financial officer. Joseph M. Hartnett, who served as interim chief financial officer, will continue in his post as Mercury’s vice president, controller.
