Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
Effective June 30, 2006, the employment agreement between Peak International Limited (the “Company”) and Ms. Katie Fung, the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer, was terminated. Pursuant to the terms of her employment agreement, in connection with the termination of her employment, Ms. Fung was entitled to receive a cash payment of $90,000.

On June 30, 2006, Peak International Limited terminated the employment of Ms. Katie Fung, who had been serving as its Principal Accounting Officer.
