On September 17, 2018, Global Indemnity Limited (“Global Indemnity”) announced that its board of directors approved on September 16, 2018 a dividend payment of $0.25 per ordinary share with a payment date of October 1, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 27, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
