(1)	The company's transfer agent incorrectly calculated the number of shares issued to the reporting person's spouse in connection with the October 2014 issuance of shares (the "Drip Shares") pursuant to the company's dividend reinvestment plan. This amendment is filed to correct the Form 4 filed in January 2015 which, among other things, reported the issuance of the Drip Shares.
