Upon the written request of the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the "Issuer") or a security holder of the Issuer, the reporting person agrees to provide the number of units sold at each sale price. |

Lion Oil and Delek Marketing respectively own 12,611,465 and 2,573,280 common units representing limited partner interests in the Issuer. |
